This includes advising clients in building disputes and general commercial litigation. Dimi also provides advice regarding building contracts and financing documents relevant to construction projects. He is an accredited business law specialist with the Law Institute of Victoria. This includes expertise in leasing, property transactions and commercial agreements.

The matters in which Tim has acted include contract disputes, claims under the Domestic Building Contracts Act 1995, the Building Act 1993 and Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 2002.

Sophia is an experienced building and construction and commercial disputes lawyer, who has regularly acted for a broad range of clients including builders, developers, owners, owners corporations, surveyors, various contractors, and a former government domestic building warranty insurer.
Sophia advises clients in respect of a wide variety of front-end and back-end domestic and commercial construction contracts, building disputes including defect claims, insurance claims, payment disputes including under the Security of Payment Act 2022, and litigation across multiple jurisdictions including the VCAT, the County Court, and the Supreme Court.
